Providing those with disabilities with opportunities to be active and opportunities for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy will help them in the future and present.
The Charleston sled hockey team project is very successful. They continue to bring volunteer PT students from various schools each season. With the new equipment and exercises learned during these session, players can do all the exercises at home and the future.
