Health For All

Health and wellness initiatives made available to those who might be overlooked in programming. | Increased wellness among healthcare employees can raise the level of care provided to everyone seeking healthcare.

The Bottom Line

With this project, FamilyCare Health Centers across West Virginia were able to provide access to training, cooking resources, and physical activity equipment for their employees. Additionally, they were able to create numerous physical activity challenges that fostered excitement for getting healthier at work. The results can create a culture of health that can lead to sustained change within FamilyCare Health Centers.
