Now Accepting 2021 Applications for Project Proposals

Be Healthy Mini-Contracts

The Be Healthy project promotes increased access 
to physical activity and increased access to healthy 
foods in Clay and McDowell counties in West 
Virginia. Organizations can apply for $3,000 to
 $10,000 dollars for projects that address these
 goals. Projects that support long-term sustainable
 changes are prioritized.

Application Deadline: January 29, 2021

To learn more about the Be Healthy project’s
 requirements and to review the application and its 
required components, please download a copy of
 the application. Two informational webinars
 will be hosted prior to the application due date to go
 over all application requirements and answer any 
questions.
